<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle battery device loading structure which increases an absorption amount of collision energy caused by a rear end collision and secures attachment rigidity.SOLUTION: A battery case 14 is fixed to a rear part 10 of a vehicle body, to which a vehicle battery device loading structure is applied, through an upper bracket 16. One end of the upper bracket 16 is attached to a vehicle body side attachment part S1 provided at the rear part 10 of the vehicle body, and the other end of the upper bracket 16 is attached to a battery side attachment part S2 provided at the battery case 14. When a crash induced load caused by a rear end collision acts on the battery case 14, fixing of the one end of the upper bracket 16 to the vehicle body side attachment part S1 and fixing of the other end of the upper bracket 16 to the battery side attachment part S2 are partially released and the battery case 14 moves to the vehicle front side.</p> |
