<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device and a manufacturing method of the input device capable of suppressing the increase in manufacturing cost, while securing sealability.SOLUTION: In an input device 10 according to the present invention, a plurality of first extraction electrodes 22b, 22d are arranged adjacent to each other in an in-plane direction of a first base material 20 at intervals, and a first concave region 25 is formed by the first base material 20 and the first extraction electrodes 22b, 22d. A plurality of second extraction electrodes 32b, 32d are arranged adjacent to each other in the in-plane direction of a second base material 30, and a second concave region 35 is formed by a second base material 30 and the second extraction electrodes 32b, 32d. In the first base material 30, the first concave region 25 is provided with a first buried layer 50, and a second buried layer 51 is provided at a position overlapping with the second concave region 35 in a plan view.</p> |
