METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WINDING BODY USED FOR ARMATURE WINDING FOR ELECTRIC MACHINE

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a winding body used for an armature winding for an electric machine which allows a winding body constituted by spirally winding a conduction wire by a preset number of turns to be produced at low cost with a simple mechanism. The method for manufacturing the winding body comprises: a bulged portion forming step (710) for bending and forming a bulged portion at a pitch set for the conduction wire; a crank portion forming step (720) for bending and forming a crank portion at the center of the bulged portion; an inclined portion/linear portion forming step (810) for bending and forming an inclined portion and a linear portion on the conduction wire having the crank portion formed on each bulged portion which is formed at a set pitch after the completion of the bulged portion forming step (710) and the crank portion forming step (720); and an arc portion forming step (910) for bending and forming the inclined portion of the conduction wire in an arc shape.
