A seal assembly 101, for use in a tubular is disclosed. The seal assembly 5 101, includes a mandrel 124, a compressible seal member 111 disposed around the mandrel 124, a first piston assembly 102 in contact with a first end of the seal member 111, and a second piston assembly 106 in contact with a second end of the seal member 111. The first piston assembly 102 includes a piston head 109A, and a piston extension sealing member 109B integrally formed with the piston 10 head 109A, and extending at least partially between the mandrel 124 and the compressible seal member 111.
