PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permeable 3-dimensional structure comprising a weed control material useful for weed control in such as cemeteries, graveyards, parks and medial strips, which is easily constructed on the ground surface, prevents weed growth and also moss and mold development, is inexpensive and environment-friendly and has excellent long-lasting effects; and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: For a permeable 3-dimensional structure, a weed control material comprises, as an active ingredient, a mixture comprising 0.5 to 5 mass% of poor-soluble boron compound granules with a grain diameter of 7 mm to 0.04 mm and 99.5 to 95 mass% of poor-soluble aluminum compound granules with a grain diameter of 10 mm to 0.04 mm, where the granules are joined with a transparent resin at a joint as a point at which the granules contacts with each other or as a vicinity of the point and they form consecutive voids with each other outside of the joints. |
