PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which makes it possible to reduce man-hours in testing the airtightness of the motor by providing the housing of the motor with an airtightness test hole communicating with the internal space of the motor.SOLUTION: Provision of a hole 12c for motor airtightness test in a housing 12 of a motor 10 dispenses with extra man-hours needed, when a bearing with a highly airtight seal is used, for establishing communication with the internal space of the motor 10 by, for example, removing the bearing itself or pushing the seal part of the bearing to expand, making it possible to perform motor airtightness test easily. Furthermore, as for the hole 12c for motor airtightness test, it is possible to maintain the airtightness of the motor 10 by installing an ordinary oil seal 50, etc., with the hole 12c for motor airtightness test itself not closed up. |
