PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion carbonization device for heating that is constituted to discharge non-smoke and odorless combustion gas from a combustion device for burning objects to be burned such as wood chips, branch chips, pruned branches, fallen leaves, and that can be utilized in heat cooking for boiling water and cooking foods or heating.SOLUTION: A top plate is mounted at a top part of an outer cylinder; a plurality of bolts are arranged spaced apart near a peripheral part of a flange installed at an outer periphery of a bottom part of the outer cylinder; each of the bolts is mounted on a mounting surface to enable a clearance width between the bottom part of the outer cylinder and the mounting surface according to a penetration amount of each of the bolts to be adjusted; a height of the outer cylinder is made be higher than a height of a discharging cylinder mounted on the upper surface of the flange at a combustion cylinder through bolts; the outer cylinder is applied from above the discharge cylinder mounted at the upper part of the combustion cylinder to cover the discharge cylinder and the combustion cylinder; a discharging hole formed at the side surface of the outer cylinder is arranged at a position higher than a clearance width between a flange of the discharge cylinder and a flange of the combustion cylinder and below a peripheral wall spaced apart below the top plate; and a side discharge cylinder is fixed to the outer side of the discharge hole.
