<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that in a liquid crystal display device driven by a 2-line inversion system, a horizontal stripe appears on an image caused by a difference in a substantial writing period of an image signal between a pair of pixel rows that are scanned in the same polarity.SOLUTION: A display control circuit 26 of a liquid crystal display device includes a driver control signal generation block 40 and an input signal pre-process circuit 42. The input signal pre-process circuit 42 receives an input of a display data DATA and a raw data enable signal DTMG, generates a data enable signal DTMG_R and a display data DATA_R with corrected timing, and inputs the signals to the driver control signal generation block 40; and the input signal pre-process circuit reads out the display data of each pixel row stored in a buffer during an active period of DTMG_R at a faster rate than a rate of input and sets the data as DATA_R. In the DTMG_R, an active period is reduced and an interval of active periods between a (2n-1)th row and a 2n-th row is set to be larger than an interval between the 2n-th row and a (2n+1)th row.</p> |
