The present invention provides a system and process of a fuel feeding in a manually operated boiler. The system of the present invention utilizes a control device that controls automatic feeding, door opening, door closing and tray movement. The system reduces number of labors and time required for fuel feeding in the manually operated boiler. Furthermore, the system reduces operator's exposure to heat from a furnace while feeding fuel in the manually operated boiler.
