A dielectric element assembly (12) is a flexible laminate which is configured by laminating a protective layer (14) and dielectric sheets (18a, 18b) and is bendable, and has a structure asymmetric with respect to a straight line passing the center in a z-axis direction in a y-axis direction in a position where the dielectric element assembly is bent.
