<p>The present invention relates to a cutting oil jet apparatus for mixing cutting oil and air and jetting said mixture, comprising: a tank into which the cutting oil formed by mixing vegetable oil and water is injected; and an ultrasonic generator for mixing the cutting oil injected into the tank so as to turn said cutting oil into ultrafine particles and then jetting the ultrafine particles onto a processing surface via the jetting nozzles. As the cutting oil is turned into ultrafine particles using the ultrasonic generator, the amount of oil to be used is significantly small. The jetting pressure is adjusted based on a processing method, thus preventing tools and raw materials from being deformed. Thus, the amount of use of oil and injection pressure are reduced so as to improve the efficiency of processing costs and protect the environment.</p> |
