摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially eliminate errors resulting in scale factor and bias errors.SOLUTION: A method for dynamic self-calibration of an accelerometer system includes: a step of forcing a proof-mass associated with a sensor of the accelerometer system in a first direction to a first predetermined position; and a step of obtaining a first measurement value associated with the sensor in the first predetermined position via at least one force/detection element of the sensor. The method also includes: a step of forcing the proof-mass in a second direction to a second predetermined position; and a step of obtaining a second measurement value associated with the sensor in the second predetermined position via at least one force/detection element of the sensor. The method further includes a step of calibrating the accelerometer system on the basis of the first and second measurement values.
