PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical apparatus (an endoscope apparatus) capable of bending a bent part formed with a predetermined length at the tip of an endoscope in a safe and simple structure in performing the surgical operation in a patient's abdominal cavity.SOLUTION: A medical apparatus includes: an expandable elastic tube 1 in which water is enclosed; a medical device (an endoscope camera) 2 fixed to the tip of the elastic tube 1; a non-expandable tube 3 connected to the other end of the elastic tube 1 to communicate with each other, in which water is enclosed; a non-expandable body 4 fixed to the elastic tube 1 in the direction of a major axis and having flexibility; a hollow cylindrical connection tube 5 connected to the non-expandable tube 3 and having flexibility and non-expandability; and a control device (a control part ) 20 for variably controlling the liquid pressure in the elastic tube 1. The liquid pressure is controlled by the control device (the control part) 20, thereby expanding and contracting the elastic tube 1 on the opposite side of the non-expandable body 4 to bend the elastic tube 1 at an optional angle. |
