<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in the stability of jetting a liquid and suppress increase in power consumption.SOLUTION: A liquid jet device includes: a basic drive signal generation part for generating a basic drive signal; a signal modulation part for modulating the basic drive signal to generate a modulated basic drive signal; a signal amplification part for amplifying the modulated basic drive signal using a switching element, to generate a modulated drive signal; a signal conversion part for converting the modulated drive signal into a drive signal; a piezoelectric element deformed by the drive signal; a pressure chamber expanded or contracted by the piezoelectric element deforming; and a nozzle opening communicated with the pressure chamber. A cycle of an AC component contained in the modulated drive signal is shorter than continuation time of a maximum voltage or minimum voltage contained in a basis drive signal, and longer than a total time of turn-on delay time of the switching element and turn-off delay time thereof.</p> |
