Provided is a drive belt (B) that is used by being wrapped around a flat pulley so that the outer peripheral surfaces thereof are brought into contact. A section (11) that constitutes the outer peripheral surface is formed using a rubber composition comprising an ethylene-α-olefin elastomer as a rubber component. The dynamic viscoelasticity of the rubber composition in the belt length direction is such that ((the loss tangent (tanδ) when the temperature is 25 °C and dynamic strain is 3.0%)/(the storage modulus (E') when the temperature is 25 °C and dynamic strain is 3.0%))×1000 ≤ 3.0 Mpa-1 and (the storage modulus (E') when the temperature is 25 °C and dynamic strain is 1.0%)/(the storage modulus (E') when the temperature is 25 °C and dynamic strain is 3.0%) ≤ 1.30. |
