PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device capable of improving a signal characteristic of an output signal corresponding to an input signal by suppressing noise mixed in the input signal, and a train control device using the same.SOLUTION: A noise suppression part 30 constituting an on-vehicle device 3 generates an output signal (S2) corresponding to an input signal (S1), extracts a signal component from an amplitude modulation wave signal (input signal S1) supplied from a ground device with predetermined time width to convert the signal component into a frequency region, smooths a spectrum obtained by conversion by performing arithmetic processing of the spectrum, and converts the smoothed spectrum into a time region to obtain an output signal (S2). |
