PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annular stapling device.SOLUTION: An annular stapling device includes: an anvil assembly having an anvil member and a shaft; and a tubular body part having a staple cartridge. The shaft of the anvil assembly can be connected to the tubular body part so that the anvil assembly can move in the direction of heading for the tubular body part and separating from the tubular body part. The staple cartridge includes: a plurality of staples; and a pusher having a finger for driving the staple. At least one of the fingers includes: a tubular body part including a projection; and a buttress material removably fitted to the anvil assembly or the staple cartridge or both of them by at least one anchor. |
