<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid complication-intricacy of a manufacturing process and an increase in a mounting area.SOLUTION: A temperature detection part comprises: a first voltage supply part for outputting first voltage varied by the temperature; a second voltage supply part for outputting second voltage not varied by the temperature; a first oscillation circuit having a first resistance element having temperature characteristics corresponding to the first voltage and generating a first clock signal corresponding to a frequency between charging operation of a capacitor of using a bias current generated by the first resistance element and bias voltage and discharging operation of the capacitor when reaching detection voltage, with the first voltage as the bias voltage and with the second voltage as the detection voltage; and a second oscillation circuit having a second resistance element having the temperature characteristics and generating a second clock signal corresponding to the frequency between the charging operation of the capacitor of using the bias current generated by the second resistance element and the bias voltage and the discharging operation of the capacitor when reaching the detection voltage, with the second voltage as the bias voltage and the detection voltage.</p> |
