Disclosed are a stacker and an automatic warehousing system. The stacker (20) comprises a first arm (21), a second arm (22), a first vertical actuation mechanism (23) and a second vertical actuation mechanism (24). The first vertical actuation mechanism (23) actuates the first arm (21) and the second arm (22) to synchronously lift along a vertical direction, and the second vertical actuation mechanism (24) actuates the second arm (22) to lift relative to the first arm (21) along the vertical direction. By means of the method, a single handling quantity of the stacker can be improved, and therefore handling efficiency and production efficiency can be improved.
