PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living tissue stimulation apparatus capable of outputting stimulation current to stimulate a living tissue with a high degree of accuracy.SOLUTION: A living tissue stimulation apparatus comprises: a stimulation unit having plural electrodes; a power supply unit for supplying stimulation current to be output from the electrodes; and a cable which electrically connects the stimulation unit and the power supply unit, and supplies the stimulation current from the power supply unit to the stimulation unit. In addition, the stimulation unit comprises: a demultiplexer which specifies, among the plural electrodes, an electrode from which the stimulation current is output, and is driven by an allowable potential between a power supply potential and a reference potential; a decoder or current detection means for obtaining information about the stimulation current supplied to the cable; and potential change means for changing the potential of the demultiplexer to the power supply potential side or the reference potential side depending on the information about the stimulation current detected by the decoder or the current detection means. |
