PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator capable of reducing contact resistance with a metal mesh and to provide a fuel cell equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A first separator 20 includes: an alloy plate 410 containing Fe and Cr as main components; and a first coating film 420 formed on the alloy plate 410, and containing CrOas a main component. The first coating film 420 is composed of a plurality of columnar particles. A thickness of the first coating film 420 is 2.0 μm to 15.0 μm. |
