PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film having a coating layer formed by using a polyolefin resin, which is formed by an in-line coating method, thereby acquires superior adhesiveness and water proofness, and can be recycled.SOLUTION: The laminated film includes a polyester film and a coating layer laminated on at least one face of the polyester film. The coating layer contains an acid-modified polyolefin resin and a basic compound having a boiling point of 200°C or lower. The polyester film contains a compound derived from the acid-modified polyolefin resin contained in the coating layer. |
