PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminescence device used in a backlight unit for lighting or displaying.SOLUTION: The luminescence device includes: a substrate including at least two or more electrode patterns formed; LED chips which are disposed over the electrode patterns respectively and include a phosphor disposed thereon; and a dam disposed over the substrate, with space from the LED chips. The substrate comprises a direct copper bonding (DCB) substrate including a first copper layer, a second copper layer and a substrate body. |
