PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber board which has favorable strength, dimensional stability and moisture permeability, and can be made light in weight.SOLUTION: A fiber board 1 is obtained by adhering fiber with a granular adhesive. In the fiber board 1, the fiber is composed of a mixture of main constituent fiber 2 and fine fiber 3, and a mix proportion of the main constituent fiber 2 and the fine fiber 3 is 50:50-90:10 by a weight ratio. The main constituent fiber 2 is fiber formed from plant fiber and has a mean fiber length of 5 mm or more and 100 mm or less, and an average fiber diameter of 70 μm or more and 400 μm or less. The fine fiber 3 is fiber in which one or more kinds of plant fiber selected from among hemp based natural fiber, palm fiber and agricultural waste fiber are split into the range of least 20 μm or more and less than 70 μm of an average fiber diameter. |
