<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a round material clamp device capable of processing a clamped part by high gripping force in a small size.SOLUTION: The round material clamp device is provided with a clamp part 1 constituted of a base 2 being a cross-sectional view substantially U shape and placing a pipe P on a recessed placing part 21 of a substantially U shape, a clamper 3 having a pair of clamper bodies 3A formed in a substantially L shape from a side edge part 31 and a bottom edge part 32 and incorporated into the base 2 so that an appearance is integrated with then base 2 by turning the mutual bottom edge parts 32 inward, an actuator 4 having a linearly driving pusher 41 and a connection pin 5 installed in a tip part of the pusher 41, penetrating through a long hole 32a of the bottom edge part 32 and converting linear driving operation of the pusher 41 into rocking operation of the clamper body 3A with a point positioned on the other end side more than the center of the pipe P placed on the base 2 on the side edge part 31 as a fulcrum, and clamps the pipe P at three points of the other end side more than the fulcrum of the side edge part 31 and the placing part 21.</p> |
