A transparent conductive film having anisotropic conductivity. The transparent conductive film module is applicable in touchscreens and comprises a first transparent conductive film and a second transparent conductive film. The first transparent conductive film and the second transparent conductive film are embedded metal mesh-type transparent conductive films. Of the gradient of mesh metal wires in the first transparent conductive film, the probability density along the transverse direction is greater than the probability density along the lateral direction. Of the gradient of the mesh metal wires in the second transparent conductive film, the probability density along the lateral direction is greater than the probability density along the transverse direction. The transparent conductive film module ensures that conductivity remains unchanged while transmittance is increased.
