<p>The invention relates to an attaching device (1) for decorating an elongated body. The device comprises a first portion (2) of a hard plastic material and a second portion (4) of a resilient plastic material. The first portion (2) and the second portion (4) form a space (6) for receiving the elongated body. The first portion (2) comprises a flat platelike body part (21) comprising a surface (22) configured for attaching a decoration and an opposite surface (23) facing the resilient plastic material. The second portion (4) is configured to generate when attached to the elongated body a force on the elongated body which is perpendicular to the flat platelike body part (21).</p> |
