Provided are a product guide system and a product guide method. The product guide system comprises: a mobile terminal for transmitting bio information of a user; a list management server for storing information on the products in a store; a health management server for analyzing information on the disease of the user using the biometric information; and an analyzing server for generating a product list using the product information and the information on the disease of the user, and transmitting the product list information to the mobile terminal.
