<p>A parking space remote-controlled lock comprising a magnetic fluid locking apparatus (1), a lock plate (2), a housing (3), and a controller (4). The magnetic fluid locking apparatus (1) and the controller (4) are arranged within the housing (3). The lock plate (2) is connected to the magnetic fluid locking apparatus (1). The controller (4) is provided with a remote control (15) and a password signal receiver (16). The lock plate (2) of the parking space remote-controlled lock locks a parking space. An upper limiting electromagnetic lock (10) in the magnetic fluid locking apparatus (1) locks the lock plate (2). The remote control (15) controls the opening and closing of the upper limiting electromagnetic lock (10) by utilizing an electronic password signal. A driver is allowed, without having to alight from vehicle, to control the lifting and lowering of the lock plate (2) by utilizing the remote control (15) to complete the locking and unlocking of the parking space.</p> |
