<p>The present invention provides a method, system, and device for downloading service information. The method comprises: receiving a service information application request message sent by a user terminal, the service information application request message comprising user information and service application information; sending the service information application request message to a service server pointed to by the service application information, so that the service server allocates service information to a user corresponding to the user information according to the service application information in the service information application request message; and receiving a service information application response message returned by the service server and carrying the user information and the service information, and submitting the user information and the service information to an SMSC, so that the SMSC generates a PUSH message or multimedia PUSH message according to the user information and the service information, and delivers the PUSH message or the multimedia PUSH message to the user terminal.</p> |
