The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mobile communication device, an authentication information notification program, and a method making it possible to improve security when the locked state is disengaged using voice authentication. This mobile communication device (10) is provided with: a display controller (13) for causing a display (14) to display authentication information different from the authentication information displayed on the previous occasion, and switching off the illumination of the display (14) after the authentication information is displayed on the display (14), upon detecting the timing at which the illumination of the display (14) is switched off; a voice recognition processor (11) for recognizing voice information inputted by a user; and a voice authentication unit (12) for performing voice authentication processing using the voice information and the authentication information displayed on the display (14), and determining whether or not to disengage the security state.
