Downlight including a ball joint housing

A downlight assembly for installation in a ceiling said assembly including a body adapted to house a ball joint holding a downlight, the ball joint held in place by a clamp ring attached to the body. The ball joint comprises a ball top and a ball bottom. Biasing springs 5 are located between the clamp ring and the body adapted to be compressed to allow for movement between the ball joint and the body thus enabling the direction of the downlight to be adjusted.
