PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction in the scale of infrastructure equipment when supplying electric power in a non-contact manner.SOLUTION: In a power transmission system with a plurality of power transmission apparatuses 1 substantially in one line, a power transmission apparatus 100-1 includes: a first antenna section 130-1 that receives energy through an AC magnetic field developed by a power transmission apparatus 100-0 at the previous stage; a second antenna section 150-1 that transmits energy received by the first antenna section 130-1 to a power transmission apparatus 100-2 at the next stage with an AC magnetic field; and a power supply 140-1 that is inserted between the first antenna section 130-1 and the second antenna section 150-1 and that can supply a voltage or current to a load on the basis of energy received by the first antenna section 130-1. |
