<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distinctly display a fine blood vessel structure and a bone structure without losing its high fineness.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional image processor includes: a subtraction section 31 for subtracting a mask image and a contrast image in a plurality of projection directions; a reconstruction section 33 for reconstructing first volume data from a plurality of mask images, and reconstructing second volume data from a plurality of subtraction images; an image processing section 35 for generating data of a first three-dimensional image representing the structures of bones and soft tissues from the first volume data by rendering processing, and generating data of a second three-dimensional image representing a structure of a contrasted blood vessel from the second volume data by performing rendering processing in the same coordinate system; an image composition section 34 for performing composition while taking a relation between the first and second three-dimensional images into consideration to generate data of a third three-dimensional image representing the structures of bones and soft tissues and the structure of a contrasted blood vessel; and a display section for displaying the first and third three-dimensional images independently by switching the first and third three-dimensional images according to an operator's instruction.</p> |
