<p> This substrate storage container (1) is provided with a container body (2), a lid (3), a front retainer (7), a rear-side substrate support part, and regulating parts (8). The front retainer (7) is equipped with a retainer substrate receiving part (73) positioned at a distance from the inner surface of the lid (3), and a retainer leg part (72) that supports the retainer substrate receiving part in the aforementioned position. The retainer leg part (72) has an elastic deformation part (721) which is capable of displacing the retainer substrate receiving part (73) by elastic deformation when the retainer substrate receiving part (73) is subjected to external force pushing same towards the inner surface of the lid (3). The regulating parts (8) are positioned in the space between the inside surface of the lid (3) and the front retainer (7), and can be switched between a non-operating position at a distance from the elastic deformation part (721) of the retainer leg part (72), and an operating position touching the elastic deformation part (721) of the retainer leg part (72). The regulating parts (8) regulate the elastic deformation of the elastic deformation part (721) at the operating position.</p> |
