The present invention relates to a reefer container having a position-variable partition. The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a reefer container which can perform efficient temperature distribution based on the load variation in each freezer compartment and refrigerator compartment. To this end, the present invention relates to a reefer container comprising a cooler for cooling a cargo holding unit that has a partition for partitioning a freezer compartment and a refrigerator compartment in a single loading space. The partition of the reefer container can be moved to and installed selectively in at least one partition fixing unit formed in the lengthwise direction of the cargo holding unit. Thus, the reefer container of the present invention has advantages in that efficient temperature distribution can be performed based on the load variation in each freezing compartment and refrigerating compartment.
