A light-emitting device comprising: a pair of mirror sections arranged at both end sections thereof; a quantum well unit interposed between the pair of mirror sections; a resonator (2) capable of forming an exciton-polariton condensate in the quantum well unit; a pump laser (1) that generates excitons inside the quantum well unit; and an injection synchronization laser that stabilizes the phases of output light output from the resonator (2).
