The invention relates to a device for collecting concentrated solar radiation, with drainage of the heat transfer fluid, consisting of an aligned or inclined set of hermetic casings with a transparent window through which the concentrated radiation passes, at least one surface pertaining to at least one absorbing tube, and having an expansion loop in the longitudinal half of the surface inside the casing, forming a dewatering duct, with the tubes, which is free of any steps or projections and leads into vertical emptying tubing normally closed by a valve. The tubing discharges into an insulated fluid storage tank, from where fluid is pumped when the facility needs to be filled. An inert gas injected at a moderate pressure is used to compensate for the pressures during the emptying.
