The present invention relates to a trespass prevention device for a sliding window that can prevent a warning sound from being generated from an alarm if the sliding window is opened at the indoor side, even while power is being not shut off, thus making it convenient in use and preventing trespass due to carelessness. The device includes: an opening sensor sensing whether the sliding window is opened or not; an alarm generating a warning sound; a human body sensor disposed on the inner side of the sliding window so as to sense whether a human exists indoors; a controller transmitting a control signal for operating the alarm if the opening signal of the sliding window is inputted from the opening sensor and transmitting a warning sound non-operating control signal to the alarm even if the opening signal of the sliding window is inputted from the opening sensor, when the human body existence signal is inputted from the human body sensor; and a battery applying power to the controller.
