The 3D hologram virtual cosmetic surgery device according to the present invention comprises: an image sensor module consisting of a plurality of image sensors which are arranged to be spaced apart from each other, and obtaining stereoscopic image information of a user′s face; an input/output device configured to provide a user with content library items for virtual cosmetic surgery and to receive a selection item selected by the user from the content library items for virtual cosmetic surgery; a main controller connected to the image sensor module to receive stereoscopic image information of a user′s face, connected to the input/output device to receive a selection item of the content library items for virtual cosmetic surgery, and calculating virtual cosmetic surgery shape information of the user′s face where the selection item of the content library items for virtual cosmetic surgery is applied to the stereoscopic image information of the user′s face; a cosmetic surgery portion template DB configured to store and manage the content library items for virtual cosmetic surgery; and a virtual cosmetic surgery display device connected to the main controller to output virtual cosmetic surgery shape information of a user′s face as a 3D hologram stereoscopic image.
