<p>The housing (10) has a compression device installed in a receiving space (26). A control device and a drive (23) are fixed with a retainer and a drive of the compression device. Two expressed fitting spaces (18, 20) in the receiving space are in contact with the compression device. The drive is arranged between the fitting spaces. Two diametric and mirror-images are arranged on the fitting spaces. A slight displacement part is arranged along longitudinal axes of the fitting spaces. A motor flange (30) is formed in a drive motor and provided with two fixing parts. The housing is made of plastic material, aluminum alloy and/or brass alloy.</p>
