<p>The present invention uses methylomic analysis and discovers DNA methylation biomarkers for prediction of ovarian cancer prognosis and detection of malignant ovarian cancer. In addition to being independent prognostic factors for patients with current treatment protocols, these DNA methylations are important biomarkers for individualized medicine for future chemotherapy (especially the demethylation agents or other epigenetic drugs).</p> |
