The present invention relates to a heat transfer sheet for preventing electromagnetic waves. The heat transfer sheet of the present invention comprises: upper and lower sheets (100, 120) made up of a PET film or non-woven fabric, which is coated with PE and thermally compressed, and attached vertically; first and second carbon yarns (200, 220) making a group between the upper and lower sheets, and arranged with a gap of 10-14mm between the groups; a first electrode (300) provided on one surface of the upper sheet (100), wherein the first carbon yarn (200) is connected between a conductor (320) and a conductor (340), which are made up of a copper film; a second electrode (400) provided on one surface of the lower sheet (120), wherein the second carbon yarn (220) is connected between a conductor (420) and a conductor (440), which are made up of a copper film; and an insulating paper (500) disposed between the first and second electrode layers (300, 400), and made up of a mica plate. Thus, the carbon yarns that are heating wires can be stably connected to the conductors at proper intervals, thereby maximizing electromagnetic wave interception.
