The present invention can provide a method for preparing aqueous suspension containing titanium dioxide nanoparticles, capable of maximizing dispersion stability by controlling pH or the particle size and concentration of a suspension using a buffer solution. Moreover, the present invention can obtain a dispersion solution containing titanium dioxide primary nanoparticles from an aggregated titanium dioxide dispersion solution whose dispersion is stabilized.
