<p>The emergency brake device (10a) has a brake element (12a) which is secured at a vehicle main portion (20) for lowering the vehicle main portion along track direction. The brake element is provided as actuator in a lowered state, by which the plastic deformation and degradation of the brake element is occurred by the kinetic energy of the vehicle main portion. The operation of the brake element is shortened in the lowered state according to the applied kinetic energy, so that the brake element is designed telescopically. An independent claim is included for method for emergency braking of vehicle.</p> |
