The present invention relates to a hoop-shaped apparatus for generating electrical capable of being used by storing electricity generated from a coil according to the movement of a magnet disposed inside a particular ring-shaped tube in a battery. The hoop-shaped apparatus for generating electrical of the present invention comprises: a hollow ring-shaped tube; a coil mounted by being wound in a cylindrical shape on the internal and external of the tube; a magnet disposed on the internal of the tube to move the internal of the coil; a rectifier circuit mounted on the tube and connected to the coil; a capacitor mounted on the tube and connected to the rectifier circuit; and the battery mounted on the tube, connected to the capacitor, and formed with an external connection terminal for connecting to an external electronic equipment.
