The present invention relates to a structure for measuring the volume of a coal yard, the structure comprising multiple horizontal stacker moving rails (300); coals (200) piled up between the multiple horizontal stacker moving rails (300); a stacker (100) including a stacker arm (130), a stacker rotating shaft (140), and a rotating bucket (150) that are installed at the top of the stacker moving rails (300); a laser scanner (120) installed at the top of a stacker operating seat (110) of the stacker (100) and able to rotate; and a GPS device installed at the side surface of the laser scanner (120). When the stacker (100) moves on the stacker moving rails (300), the laser scanner (120) scans the volume of the coals (200) on the side surface to be stored as 3D information.
