Invention herewith described refers to the cheese cutter wire tensioner which is mounted on the cheese cutter rod and thereby the wire (6) for cheese cutting is allowed to go through the cutter on both sides of the cheese cutter rod (4) and by the tightening of the bolt (3) there is performed necessary "maximum" and "perfect" wire (6) tensioning on the cheese cutter or by unwinding the bolt (3) there is achieved the loosening of the wire (6) on the cheese cutter.The cheese cutter wire tensioner has also a cap (2) on the body (2) of the tensioner that regulates the distance from the wire for cheese cutting to the rod (4) of the cheese cutter which means also the different slicing thicknesses of the cheese slices. |
