<p>The device has resonator magnets (B) that are fixed on a magnetic permeable vibrating plate (A). The drive units are rotated by the permanent magnets (D). The drive unit is provided with a generator drive (F). The drive unit is mounted on rotor disk (E) through a shaft (I). The resonator magnets in the vibrating plate and permanent magnets in rotor disk are repelled so that the vibrating plate is floated freely on top of the housing (H) by repelling magnetic fields. The magnetic inserts are added on the under side of the vibrating plate.</p>
