Cosmetic composition with a pH of 5.5-7.5 (10 % aqueous solution at 20[deg] C) comprises (a) 1-18 wt.% of at least one active ingredient mixture containing ozokerites, hydrogenated vegetable oil, stearyl stearate and stearic acid; (b) 0.1-3 wt.% of ester oil; and (c) 1-7 wt.% of glycerol.
